Aerís Café

après huit ans (after 8 years)

Just as I pull up the cottage where Aerís Roasting Company resides, Brandon drives up in his side by side/ ranger. “We couldn’t have timed it better,” he says :). Well, I think as I leave this little place near Iroquois, it was about time that I made it back, but that’s how life goes.

It was over 8 years ago when I was last here, In the early years of Aerís. Now they have a really cool little shop, with concrete countertops, their own artisan pottery, unique and local drinks, and of course the one and only Aerís coffee.

Brandon makes me a maple cortado, and we chat for over an hour, catching up a little on our lives, and the coffee and kombucha scene (He’s responsible for my initial interest in kombucha 😋). Before I leave, I bought a can of ™Songbird kombucha (Blueberry lavender).

In closing, be sure to check out Aerís coffee (and their pottery), if you’re interested: https://maps.app.goo.gl/uoYWofHSZHrwPTCC9 https://www.aerisroasting.com .  Friends such as these folks add so much richness to life!

‘Til next time, Á bientôt,

SW
